Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

have all tags attached

include the original packaging

be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once the return is approved, you must send the item back using a carrier of your choice.
We do not provide a return shipping label.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
We recommend inspecting your order as soon as you receive it.

Exchanges
If you would like a different size or model, the fastest way to proceed is:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
