Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You should arrange the return shipment using a carrier of your choice and obtain proof of dispatch.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and in any case no later than 14 days after we receive the returned products or evidence of return shipment. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

This right of withdrawal is without prejudice to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
