We ship to all countries within the European Union.

Delivery times are the same for all EU countries.

Order processing time:
Orders are prepared and processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated shipping time:
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.

All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Free shipping is offered on all orders within the European Union.

We work with international carriers.
Customers cannot select a specific carrier at checkout.

At this time, tracking numbers are not provided for shipments.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, no refund will be issued.

If the customer refuses the delivery or fails to collect the package, the order will be considered delivered and no refund will be issued.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, peak demand periods, or other events beyond our control.

In some cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages and arrive separately.
This does not affect the shipping cost or the total order amount.
